At our initial consultation we will get to know one another and you will receive a Welcome Kit. The kit comes complete with a description of all the unique wedding coordination and planning suites we offer , as well as our other wedding services that are especially tailored to meet the needs of couples that can handle the challenge of wedding planning but could benefit from an extra set of hands during the planning process ( Hourly Concierge Services), or the day of the wedding ( Bliss Wedding Day Assistants). Once we discuss your vision for your wedding day we will discuss which services would work best to make your wedding story a reality.
We want to ensure that you have the opportunity to really explore the many options we have available to serve you on your wedding day so we allow you to take home your welcome kit and review our unique service offerings. If your fiance or anyone else who may be involved in your wedding planning process in unable to attend the initial consultation sharing the Welcome Letter that is enclosed in the welcome kit is a great opportunity for them to learn about our company and learn what they can come to expect in the next coming months as we create your vision together.
In your welcome kit you will also receive a service agreement which should be returned within 72 hours with your non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding story on our calendar.
